Spiritual rebirth

I wish I was a stronger man And I could carry the weight of the Earth I wish I could end all the suffering And cause a spiritual rebirth I wish I could play the piece pipes And spread the words of love To bring an end to the pain of the world To release the elusive white dove I wish I could make a difference Stop people tearing each other apart And I wish that my words could be weapons That would reach into people’s heart.
