Six am at the bus stop I should be laying by your side Wrapped up in the duvet arm in arm With your body pressed against mine It’s too cold to be at the bus stop Been battered by the wind and the rain And I wish that I was Still laying with you Listening to the beat of your heart But my shoes are letting the rain in The cold air is biting my ears And I’m already counting the hours Until you and I can be near.
