Rumour has it, according to the Sun
It’s a ticking time bomb, and ‘they’ have won
They are knocking down the barging booze
To build a mosque
Better start protesting what ever the cost
You don’t want the Muslims hanging out around here
Sooner have the drunks with their cans of beer?
So you give your support to the far right groups
But you wont support the British troops
I am so tired of political agenda
Putting our nation out for tender
Selling off what made us good
Privatisation is spilling our blood
Stirring up hate in the daily rag
Dubbed a racist if we fly our own flag
So much hype and hypocrisy
One disaster to catastrophe
A rule for the rich and a rule for the poor
A golden handshake or a padlocked door
We have never been in it together
If we don’t act this will last forever
They only tell us what they want us to hear
But when they speak it becomes so clear
The working classes should hold the cards
And its surely the buskers are the future bards
We still hang washing out in the yard
But life isn’t like it used to be
It’s because of the immigrants – don’t you see?
Coming over here and taking our jobs
Rioting and behaving like yobs
Because they don’t have the morals that we do
It’s in the paper so it must be true
Because Rupert Murdock wouldn’t lie
Did you see that flying pig go by?
I have Muslims living next door
I can assure you we are not at war
We have had enough of this rhetoric
And all your vile lies won’t stick
So what if we do have an open door?
Lets welcome the refugees all the more
Just one fact the Sun should face
They are not our enemy we are the Human race
