I feel truly blessed

To have friends like these

Friends who will pick me up when I fall

Friends who will fix me if I break

And I was broken for a while

I know they are always there for me

With a shoulder to cry on

Or a sympathetic ear

I am so lucky to have friends like these

Through good times and bad

I know they are always on my side

Through the highs and the lows

Through the laughter and the grief

I never need face anything alone

Thanks to friends like these

I’ve reached a point in my life

Where I can stand the man in the mirror

The grass is green enough

My glass isn’t half empty

Nor is it half full

It’s overflowing with the good times

They taught me how to breath again

Now I walk taller than I ever did

I have a new found confidence
